Refund policy

RETURNS:

We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds for a change of mind, wrong size, or wrong variant selection. There is a sizing chart available on the site in order to ensure you order the correct size.

REFUNDS: 

Refunds will only be issued for items that have developed a fault as a result of the manufacturing process and or printing process. Note that incorrect washing and carrying of the merchandise does not constitute a manufacturing fault. we reserve the right to try and rectify the fault first by replacing the item. If we can't replace the defective item due to a lack of stock or a discontinued line, we will then seek to issue a refund.

 

STOLEN, LOST, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES:

We will not be held responsible for stolen or lost packages, packages sent to the wrong address, or for refunding or replacing packages in these cases. We are not responsible for any package(s) once it is in the hands of the shipping services.

The customer will be responsible for the reshipment of any order that is returned to us for reasons such as insufficient address, wrong address, unclaimed, etc.
